We understand that life can be unpredictable. To avoid charges, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Once a treatment has been completed, refunds are not typically offered unless the service was not delivered as described. However, we will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis in the event of:
If you’ve purchased a package of treatments, unused sessions may be refunded if you cancel at least 24 hours before your next appointment. For partially used packages, we will calculate your refund based on the full price of the sessions already used, minus a 10% admin fee.
