• This is a private medical service and is not covered by the NHS
• We are not an emergency provider and cannot assess or treat urgent or life threatening conditions. For this you must call 999
• For serious symptoms such as chest pain, shortness of breath, severe bleeding or loss of consciousness, please call 999 or attend your nearest A&E department
• All appointments are subject to availability and clinical approval at the discretion of our medical team
• If a patient is deemed unsuitable for treatment after clinical review, alternative recommendations will be provided

Payment & Cancellation Policy

• Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment
• We operate a strict 48 hour cancellation policy
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment or non attendance will result in the full consultation fee being charged
• Late arrivals that prevent the consultation from proceeding as scheduled may need to be rescheduled and may still be charged in full
• Payment is accepted via all major credit/debit cards; payment links will be provided during the booking process.
